I can't login!

Oh no, we know this can be frustrating but we will definitely get you back on track.

If you are unable to login, first try using the "Reset Password" option on the app login screen. Once you enter your email you should immediately receive a password reset link from support@invitd.us Follow the link in the email to reset your password and log back in.

If you are still unable to get logged in, please send us a message in the support center. Be sure to include your first name, last name and email address so we can locate your account and find out why you aren't able to get logged in. We'll get back to you ASAP!
